Jacobus Storck

Jacobus Storck fue un pintor marino del Siglo de Oro neerlandés. Storck nació y murió en Ámsterdam. Según Houbraken, era hermano del pintor de marinas Abraham Storck, quien pintaba vistas del Rin y barcos fluviales, pero no era tan dotado. Según el RKD, era el segundo hijo del pintor de marinas Johannes Sturckenburgh, hermano menor del pintor de marinas Johannes Storck y hermano mayor de Abraham. Las obras firmadas por él están fechadas entre 1664 y 1687. A veces firmaba como JA Storck, lo que desde 1963 se ha interpretado como una obra realizada por Jacobus y Abraham juntos.
