ヤン・ホーレー
多様な技法を習得
ゴリーは画家、ドローイング作家、版画家、エッチング作家でした。彼はオランダの美術理論家ウィレム・ゴリーの息子で、父は偉大な芸術家を育成するために必要なさまざまな技法、すなわちデッサン、建築知識、遠近法、解剖学、構成、想像力、色彩と陰影処理について包括的な調査を行いました。息子はこれらすべてを明らかに習得していました。
