Johann Gottfried Auerbach
Pintor cortesano de retratos y batallas
Johann Gottfried Auerbach fue un pintor y grabador austriaco. Pintaba principalmente retratos y obras del género de batallas. Algunas de sus obras se encuentran en el Museo de Historia del Arte. En 1735, fue nombrado pintor de la corte imperial por el emperador Carlos VI. En 1750, se convirtió en miembro de la Academia de Bellas Artes.
