Johann Richter

Johan Richter, ou Giovanni Richter, foi um pintor barroco sueco. Richter nasceu em Estocolmo, Suécia. Seus irmãos incluíam o medalhista Bengt Richter (1670–1735). Ele pintava principalmente paisagens ou vedute de Veneza. Por volta de 1710, viajou para Veneza, onde é mencionado como ativo a partir de 1717. Sua obra foi influenciada pelo pintor italiano Luca Carlevarijs (1663–1730). Ele morreu em 1745 em Veneza.
