ジョン・サミュエル・パフ（John Samuel Pughe）は、ウェールズ生まれのアメリカの政治漫画家で、『パック』誌へのイラストレーションで最もよく知られています。 ジョン・サミュエル・パフはウェールズのメリオネスシャー、ドルゲレイで生まれ、2歳の時に両親によってアメリカに連れて行かれました。彼はクーパー・ユニオンで美術を学びました。 J. S.
