Mark William Langlois
Rural genre scenes and landscapes
As the son of a goldsmith and art dealer, Langlois developed his drawing skills early on and created mainly oil paintings and watercolors with motifs of rural life in genre scenes and landscapes, which he also exhibited at the Royal Academy in London between 1862 and 1873.
