Pedro Duque y Cornejo
Scultore barocco sivigliano
Pedro Duque y Cornejo fu un pittore e scultore spagnolo del periodo barocco, appartenente alla scuola di scultura sivigliana e allievo di suo nonno Pedro Roldán. Nacque a Siviglia e lavorò principalmente nella sua città natale (chiesa del Sagrario, Palazzo di San Telmo e la Cattedrale locale), Granada e Madrid (statue in Santa Maria de El Paular, dopo il 1725). A Cordoba realizzò il coro della Moschea-Cattedrale. Morì a Cordoba.
