Pedro Duque y Cornejo
Sevillaanse barokbeeldhouwer
Pedro Duque y Cornejo was een Spaanse barokke schilder en beeldhouwer van de Sevilliaanse beeldhouwschool en een leerling van zijn grootvader Pedro Roldán. Hij werd geboren in Sevilla en werkte voornamelijk in zijn geboortestad (kerk van het Sagrario, Paleis van San Telmo en de plaatselijke kathedraal), Granada en Madrid (beelden in Santa Maria de El Paular, na 1725). In Córdoba voerde hij het koor van de Moskee-kathedraal uit. Hij stierf in Córdoba.
