英國畫家與版畫家
珀西·托馬斯是一位英國畫家和版畫家，出生於倫敦布倫特福德。他的父親拉爾夫·托馬斯據稱是惠斯勒的收藏家、版畫家和朋友，但實際上，他也是一名御用大律師，相當於高級法官。托馬斯曾師從惠斯勒、奧古斯特·德萊特（1822-1907），並在皇家藝術學院學校師從米萊斯學習。 他於1881年當選為皇家畫家-版畫家學會會員，並在伯明翰皇家藝術家協會、達德利畫廊藝術協會、皇家藝術學院、英國皇家藝術家協會、皇家油畫家協會以及美術館展出。托馬斯的幾幅蝕刻版畫收藏於阿什莫林博物館、紐西蘭奧克蘭美術館和維多利亞與艾爾伯特博物館。他的死亡記錄在薩塞克斯郡的海爾舍姆，並安葬在附近的赫林利。
