Richard Barrett Davis
Pintor real de animais
Richard Barrett Davis RBA foi um pintor de animais e paisagens. Davis nasceu em Watford em 1782. Estudou com William Evans de Eton, com William Beechey e nas escolas da Royal Academy, onde exibiu pela primeira vez em 1802. Juntou-se à Society of British Artists em 1829 e foi nomeado pintor de animais de Guilherme IV em 1831. Morreu em 1854.
