Robert Hills
Pintor de escenas rurales
Robert Hills fue un pintor y grabador inglés. Hills nació en Islington. Inicialmente estudió con John Alexander Gresse y luego se matriculó en la Royal Academy of Arts en 1788. Pintaba principalmente escenas rurales, especialmente animales de granja. Varias de sus obras se encuentran ahora en el Museo Británico. Hills era conocido por dibujar animales en obras de otros artistas, como George Barret, Jr. y George Fennell Robson. Publicó Bocetos en Flandes y Holanda (1816), con sus propios aguafuertes.
