Pionier Zhejiang-school, Ma-Xia stijl

His works include 'Landscape with Figures,' 'Snowy Landscape,' 'Landscape Scroll,' and 'Pavilion Landscape,' among others. 'Landscape with Figures' is kept at the National Palace Museum in Taipei, while the 'Landscape Scroll' is housed at Jingyuan Studio, University of California, Berkeley. Some of his other works can also be found in Japan. In the Zhejiang region, Sun Junze continued the legacy of the Southern Song Ma and Xia landscapes, becoming a pioneer of the Zhejiang school of landscape painting. Very few of his works survive today; they are almost entirely lost in China, with only a handful known to exist abroad.
