Die Otis Litho Company war ein bedeutender Lithograf für Filmstudios mit Sitz in Cleveland. Otis führte Arbeiten für eine Vielzahl von Studios und anderen Lithografen aus. In den 1910er Jahren stellten sie Filmkopien für mehrere Studios her, darunter Argus Enterprises, Biograph, die Kriegsfilme der US-Regierung aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg, Film Clearing House und World Film. Sie führten auch Studioarbeiten für andere Lithografen wie A.B.C. Co. und M.P.P. Co. durch. In den 1920er Jahren arbeiteten sie für das Film Booking Office (normalerweise als „FBO" bezeichnet), das damals der Vertriebspartner von Walt Disney war. Otis führte Ende der 1920er Jahre auch einige Arbeiten für Columbia durch. Sie arbeiteten auch für mehrere kleinere Studios wie Quality Amusement und Preferred Pictures.
