弗朗索瓦·维克多·埃洛伊·比安努里是一位法国画家。 作为艾蒂安·皮埃尔·维克多·比安努里和玛格丽特·克莱门斯·佩莱的儿子，弗朗索瓦·维克多·埃洛伊·比安努里是米歇尔·马丁·德罗林的学生。 作为历史画家，他在第二帝国时期接受了许多公共委托，为巴黎的杜伊勒里宫（皇后的沙龙、皇帝的办公室）、卢浮宫以及许多巴黎教堂创作作品。与此同时，他还绘制了官方肖像，其中包括来自香槟地区的同乡、总警察部长夏尔·德·莫帕斯的肖像。 他于巴黎第五区圣米歇尔大道19号的家中去世，葬于同一城市的蒙帕纳斯公墓（第17区）。
