Victor Gabriel Gilbert

Victor Gabriel Gilbert fue un pintor francés conocido principalmente por sus escenas parisinas y por retratar escenas de mercado allí. Estudió con Victor Adam (1801-1866) y posteriormente con Charles Busson (1822-1908). En 1889 recibió una medalla de plata en la Société des Artistes Français, y el premio Bonnat en 1926, al final de su carrera.
