우아한 금벽산수 화가
조영양(趙令穰, 생몰년 미상)은 자는 대년이며, 북송 시대 변경(현재의 허난성 카이펑) 출신 화가였다. 그는 송 태조 조광윤의 5대손이었다. 광주 방어사, 숭신군 절도관찰류후 등의 관직을 지냈으며, 사후 개봉의동삼사가 추증되고 영국공에 봉해졌다. Zhao Lingrang specialized in painting landscapes, flowers and fruits, and bird-and-animal subjects, with elegant and graceful brushwork. He was especially known for his gold-and-blue landscapes. He studied under Li Sixun and his son. His representative works include 'The Meeting of Wind and Clouds', 'Spring Mountains', 'Agemo', 'Later Red Cliff', 'Literary Gathering', and 'Birds and Sparrows'. Works that have survived to the present include 'Han Palace', 'Agemo', and 'Ten Thousand Pines and Golden Pavilion'.
