周文矩
戦筆で宮廷人物画
周文矩（しゅうぶんく、907年頃–975年）は、五代十国時代の南唐の宮廷画家で、句容（現在の江蘇省句容市）出身である。 南唐の烈祖李昪（937–943）の治世の初年、彼はすでに宮中で絵を描いていた。後の皇帝李煜（961–975）の治世には翰林院に仕え、人物画、特に宮廷の女性や官吏を得意とし、貴族や学者の生活をよく描いた。また、山水、建築物、仏教および道教の題材も描いた。 His painting style was close to that of the Tang Dynasty painter Zhou Fang(周昉) but more delicate. He often used a trembling brush technique for clothing lines, producing lines that were strong yet slightly shaky and interrupted. Song Dynasty critics said of him, ‘His brushwork is profound; in rich, intricate designs he is especially skillful.’ 彼の作品には『宮苑図』『蘇李別会図』『双屏弈棋図』『琉璃堂人物図』『太真上馬図』などがある。現存する作品の多くは模写である。
