Can you guess
Look at the sheer delight on these faces! Zampighi captures a cozy moment where an elderly couple is completely absorbed in tinkering with a wooden box—perhaps a music box needing a fix. The man’s bright orange tie and the woman’s colorful headscarf pop against the earthy tones, showing off the artist's love for the vibrant, everyday people of Italy's Emilia-Romagna region. It’s a perfect example of realism, turning a simple repair job into a heartwarming story of shared curiosity and companionship.
