Florence Harrison

Florence Susan Harrison fue una ilustradora inglesa australiana de poesía y libros infantiles en estilo Art Nouveau y prerrafaelita. Muchos de sus libros fueron publicados por Blackie and Son. Ilustró libros de notables poetas del círculo prerrafaelita como Christina Rossetti, William Morris y Sir Alfred Tennyson. Florence Harrison nació en 1877 en Brisbane, Australia, hija de Lucy y Norwood Harrison. A partir de 1922, vivió en la zona de Londres. Alrededor de 1940 se mudó a Brighton, Inglaterra, para vivir con su prima Isobel. Permaneció allí hasta su muerte en 1955.
