弗朗西斯科·菲耶罗·帕拉斯，被称为“潘乔”·菲耶罗，是一位秘鲁非裔画家，主要以描绘其国家生活和风俗的风俗主义水彩画而闻名。 他于1809年2月5日受洗，是牧师尼古拉斯·罗德里格斯·德尔·菲耶罗（Nicolás Rodríguez del Fierro）与尼古拉斯父亲、民兵军团上校安东尼奥（Don Antonio）家中一名女奴的儿子。根据规定，西班牙人的儿子生来不能为奴，他一出生便获得了自由，但他是由母亲的家族抚养长大的。 没有关于他接受过任何艺术训练的记录，所以他很可能是自学的。他于1828年结婚，靠画招牌、制作斗牛海报和为耶稣诞生场景塑造雕像谋生。他还画过壁画，但所有这些壁画都已被毁或被覆盖。 如今，他因在招牌卡片上绘制描绘秘鲁日常生活场景的水彩画而被铭记。他创作了1200多幅作品，其流行催生了许多模仿者。作家里卡多·帕尔马拥有大量收藏，其后代将其捐赠给利马市。这些作品现陈列于利马市立伊格纳西奥·梅里诺美术馆。图注由帕尔马提供，因为菲耶罗可能不识字。其他大型收藏被法国画家莱昂斯·安格朗和俄罗斯民族学家利奥波德·冯·施伦克收购，后者的收藏现位于圣彼得堡艺术宫的“人类学与民族学博物馆”。 据《商报》的一篇讣告称，他在秘鲁独立日于一家医院因瘫痪去世。
