Giuseppe Passeri
Pintor barroco romano, alumno de Maratta
Giuseppe Passeri fue un pintor italiano del período barroco, activo en su ciudad natal de Roma. Born the nephew of the painter Giovanni Battista Passeri, Giuseppe trained in the studio of Carlo Maratta. Among the paintings by Giuseppe is St. Peter baptizes the Centurion, transferred to mosaic; the original was moved to a church of the Conventuali in Urbino. Passeri pintó al fresco la segunda capilla a la derecha en la iglesia de Santa Caterina a Magnanapoli entre 1700 y 1703. En la misma iglesia, también pintó los cuadros de altar Los Tres Arcángeles y la Virgen del Rosario.
