That Uncertain Feeling
1942
Glamorous star Merle Oberon takes center stage in this vibrant 1942 Swedish poster for Ernst Lubitsch's romantic comedy *That Uncertain Feeling*, locally titled *Korsdrag i paradiset*. She looks delightfully bewildered as two dashing men plant kisses on her cheeks, perfectly capturing the film's love triangle plot. Playful cupids add to the romantic chaos, with a classic archer aiming from above and a cheeky, cigar-chomping baby cupid celebrating below. The bold Art Deco typography and stylized illustrations make it a fantastic example of 1940s movie marketing, promising audiences a fun, escapist romp.
