Scroll of Misty Mountains at Autumn Dawn (Full Scroll) Silk 30×603.3
Attributed to the Northern Song master Fan Kuan, this massive handscroll unrolls like a cinematic journey through misty autumn mountains. Fan Kuan was famous for retreating into nature to observe the 'true bone structure' of the landscape, and that dedication shows in the incredibly dense, textured forests and rugged peaks. Unlike his towering vertical masterpieces, this horizontal format lets your eye wander for over six meters through a serene, foggy world.
