美しい旋律
Giuseppe Aureli whisks us away into a lavish, imagined harem scene where music takes center stage. A woman reclines on plush cushions, looking utterly relaxed as a musician plays a large, curved harp right at her feet, while another woman beats a tambourine in the background. The room is overflowing with exotic details like leopard skins, intricate rugs, and lush plants, perfectly capturing the 'Orientalist' fascination of the Academic art movement where European artists romanticized life in the Middle East and North Africa. If you look very closely at the bottom, you can even spot the faint lines of a jigsaw puzzle, suggesting this is a puzzle version of the masterpiece!
