旋转木马猪

c. 1939

Meet the most dashing pig you'll ever see, designed to gallop around a carousel! Henry Tomaszewski sketched this lively creature around 1939, giving it a fancy saddle draped in red and green, complete with a corn cob for a whimsical touch. Unlike traditional carousel horses, this trotting pig captures the playful spirit of carnival rides, looking ready to leap right off the page and into a spin. Tomaszewski was a master of carousel design, often working for the famous Philadelphia Toboggan Company, bringing a unique charm to these mechanical menageries.
